Software
The DM Group technical Director Leigh Gregson and his software support
team are vastly experienced in the support of our three main document management
software packages Scanfile, FileDirector and Alchemy.
High quality immediate technical assistance is provided by our telephone
helpdesk to provide a swift resolution to any software related issues. The
usage of the ‘Log me in’ rescue package also facilitates a speedy
response from our specialists.
THE DM GROUP SUPPORT ALL VERSIONS OF SCANFILE SOFTWARE.
Training or indeed re-training packages covering anything from a half day
onwards can be arranged to accommodate various levels of technical competence
from basic system operator right up to Administrator.
Hardware
The Document Management Group is a registered Canon business partner providing
genuine Canon parts.
Our highly skilled service technicians provide nationwide support for the
full range of Canon scanning hardware.
As well as covering all parts, labour and call out charges, a 12 months
maintenance contract with the DM Group uniquely provides two preventative
service visits per annum which should ensure that your operators enjoy trouble
free usage of your scanning hardware.
Generous trade-in offers or complimentary hardware support packages are
made to all customers wishing to upgrade their existing scanning hardware.

Remote Support
A software support contract gives you access to remote technical support.
This means you can have one of our technicians with you to assist using
a highly secure remote control session on your PC. Please call 01925 572020,
ask for software support and book a session. Then when asked to enter the
PIN code provided and click on the "Connect" button below.
