The above scanning software suites can be completely tailored to your business’ companies specific scanning or document management needs and both offer a range of versions which allow for differing different levels of access, storage and integration.
Both software packages are written on SQL databases and the Cloud solution is backed up to Microsoft Azure for absolute data security.
We can implement Cloud-based or internal server-based solutions for either FileDirector or ScanFile and offer flexible methods of payment, through subscription or non-subscription offers.
Both document management solutions can begin at a very basic level and we offer full training to your staff to get them up to speed. Later on, if you need to develop your solution into a more advanced one, we can upgrade your system with further modules and licences so that your staff and administrators can gain further access and control of your document workflow management processes.
